| Job Descr | The Subject Matter Expert (SME) shall support a variety of financial reports, analyses, and evaluations relating to Government funding within the intelligence community. The SME shall: 1) be a liaison between government offices; 2) assist in determining funding sources within the Government; 3) analyze costs trends; 4) monitor expenditures of IC related contracts; 5) prepare reports as required; 6) provide recommendations to command agencies and subordinate units to strengthen intelligence capabilities; 7) support planning, programming, and budget development, tracking, and financial execution; 8)conduct studies, analyses, evaluations, assessments, an investment optimization in support of the following areas: - Systems modernization, integration and analysis - Organizational roles and responsibilities - Current/future intelligence plans - Intelligence activities and initiatives - Requirements/capability analysis and assessment - Intelligence trends and scenarios - Cost analysis - Risk assessments - Cost Estimating |

These services require organized, analytical assessments and evaluations of funding issues to improve the development, decision-making, training, management and/or administration of intelligence related processes. Requires experience with Intel budgets and POM processes, including budget, programming and resource management (NIP/MIP). Current TS clearance and SCI eligibility required.
