Minimum acceptable skills/experience:
· Must live in or near this or other metropolitan area, openings exist in a number of US and other international markets.
· Must have a minimum of 2 years experience (prefer 4 to 5) recruiting experience in an agency environment, with Business Development experience a plus. We will not consider candidates that do not have agency or third party experience.
· Willing to work full-time – employee or contractor status is acceptable.
· Desire to work in a virtual environment in a professional at-home office setting to be provided by the candidate.
· Demonstrated, measured success with a goal-oriented outlook and high work ethic that would put candidates in the top 10% of performers in the recruiting industry.
Salary: Income of up to $100K / yr plus potential.
