We are looking for a Help Desk / Microsoft Engineer to work in our client’s Call Center.

This individual will assist callers with diagnosing laptops/desktops for hardware issues and troubleshooting Microsoft Operating Systems and windows software over the phone with remote access.

The candidate for this position should have the following qualifications:

* Two years plus troubleshooting Microsoft experience

* A strong knowledge of Windows 2000/XP/2003

* Basic LAN troubleshooting experience

* Troubleshooting/installation of MS Office applications

* Troubleshooting windows applications

* Basic knowledge of wireless equipment

* High degree of problem resolution without assistance

This is a third shift position.

Location: Omaha, NE

Salary: $15 - $18 /hr
