- All ADM Safety Training
- Previous Process experience
- High School diploma or Equivalent (required)

BASIC FUNCTION:
Assists with the implementation of plant preventive maintenance programs, assists operators and maintenance with light maintenance, cleans DSM screens. Serves as back up to Fiber Processors.

TOOLS:
Clams, wet feed control panel, grind mill, centrifuge, conveyor, blowers, pumps, testing equipment, fiber box, pressure washer, common hand tools, centrifuge, test tubes, strainers, manual hoists, hydrometer, testing equipment, forklift, skid loader, grain vac, trash pump, shovels, brooms, hoses, hand foamer and pay loader.
MATERIALS:
In-process corn, gluten, starch, acids, chemicals, production reports, safety materials, water, fiber product, liquid product and chemicals.
SPECIFIC JOB DUTIES:
- Maintains mill area preventive maintenance program.
- Cleans DSM screens, changes door gaskets and hoses.
- Cleans fiber boxes, unplugs hoses and nozzles.
- Cleans SO2 scrubber strainers.
- Reclaims germ back into system.
- Cleans areas as assigned from the Master Sanitation Schedule.
- Assists in keeping the Mill and Feedhouse in tour ready condition.
- Assists in emergency situations, IE: cleaning fluid bed dryer, corn spills, clam deck strainers.
- Assists operators when needed.
- Serves as back-up for Fiber Processor.
- May perform light maintenance duties on departmental equipment.
- Performs duties in a safe manner, utilizing all approved safety equipment, and successfully completes all safety certification requirements.
- Participates actively in training.
- Reports to work in a condition to be able to perform all duties
