Cabela's Retail, Inc is hiring a full-time Retail CLUB Associate for our CLUB Booth at our Richfield Retail Store location. This position is a critical link to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for all outdoor enthusiasts.

This position's duties include:

• Greeting customers and present them with the opportunity to become a Cabela's CLUB Visa Member.
• Details the benefits of being a CLUB Member and makes the appropriate sales pitch to convince them to apply for the CLUB Visa card.
• Responsibility for providing daily feedback and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
• Meeting goals and objectives set by the marketing department.
• Responsibility for keeping booth inventory accurate and organized applications, pens, gear bags, t-shirts, etc.
• Adhering and compliance with the policies established for the credit information gathering process.
• Performing other related duties as assigned by management.

This position requires:

• Candidate to be an outgoing, energetic, people person who is friendly to customers and associates.
• Sales experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Maintaining positive relationships with retail management, retail associates, customers, and booth associates.
• Candidate be goal oriented, a team player and possess a positive attitude.
• A professional image, confidence and ability to be diplomatic.
• Candidate to posses good time management, organizational skills and be detail oriented.
• Computer knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) and typing skills.
• Adherence to goals and objectives set by management.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to work the following: at least 3 out of 4 weekends a month; any day, including holidays, opening and closing shifts.
