ACI Worldwide has an opportunity for a Sr/Engineer to join our Omaha team!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Comprehend, communicate, and translate business requirements into application functionality for project deliverables as a part of a delivery process including conducting Project Scope Meetings (PSMs).
•Perform well within rapid development environment, quickly obtaining additional skills and information needed to resolve technical and business issues.
•Work with clients and ACI Team members to frame project environment.
•Implementation activities for new and existing customers.
•Configuration development per PSD.
•Technical user training as required.
•Support client UAT, certification and DR testing as required.
•Development in Java (limited).
•Database development using SQL.
•Other tasks as assigned.
Minimum Requirements Needed:
•BS/BA in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience in software development tasks.
•2-3 years experience as an Associate Engineer or 3-4 years external development experience.
•Must have strong communication skills both oral and written.
•Must have knowledge of client/server operating characteristics, capabilities, and limitations of the appropriate system, including hardware, server operating system, and application software.
•Desire to work on challenging assignments using new technologies.
•Ability to work in a team environment.
•Ability to meet deadlines.
•Ability to travel 25-30%.
Highly Desired Skills:
•Experience with creating and administering MS SQL and Oracle databases.
•Knowledge/experience with Fraud/Risk Management.
•Java experience highly preferred.
•Experience with Web Application Servers (WAS) including IBM WebSphere, BEA WebLogic and JBOSS highly preferred.
•Windows 2000/20003 Server, UNIX, Linux experience highly preferred.
