The primary duties of the Project Controls Specialist requires a highly energetic, detail
oriented individual who will assist the Project Manager with scheduling, planning and
monitoring all aspects of major projects. This Specialist will prepare baseline schedules,
perform schedule reviews, monthly schedule update analysis, investigate and analyze
schedule impacts, monitor and document construction progress, and identify schedule delays.
The Specialist shall monitor, review and report to the Project Manager and or clients, the
status of schedules with regard to construction contract schedule compliance with the
construction contract specifications, and shall review and provide written summary progress
reports stating acceptability or unacceptability of the schedules. Experience with cost and
resource loaded schedules required. Cost control background a plus.
