The primary duties of this position are to provide Construction Management Inspection of
Tunneling Projects, to include monitoring of costs and schedules. Coordinate with Specialty
Inspectors, Materials Testing and Consultant staff. Communicate with Design Consultants,
Contractors, CWC Staff and other stakeholders. Requires a fundamental understanding of
contracts and familiarity with codes and laws governing construction. Responsibilities
include writing and issuing field orders, initiating change proposals for design team
review and approval, estimating cost of changes, negotiating costs with contractor and
recommending acceptance to Project Manager. Supervise and direct the activities of junior
Resident Project Representatives and Construction Inspectors, testing services and
sub-consultants.

10+ years progressive experience on Tunneling projects.
Must be computer literate, experience with Microsoft office, Primavera, LIMS or similar and
