The primary duties of the Highway EIT include working in a team with other project engineers on the detailed design of urban and rural roadway projects. More specific duties include: alignment and profile, geometrics, drainage, development of plans and construction estimates. Other responsibilities will include providing assistance with the creation and submission of technical reports, specifications, and calculations. Must be proficient with Microstation and Geopak roadway design software.
