The primary duties will be to provide on-site observation of new mechanical systems and interpretation of construction documents. He/she will need experience in construction administration including: shop drawing submittals, change orders, performing constructability reviews, performing construction observations and inspections, oversight of performance and start-up testing. He/she shall be familiar with a variety of mechanical system from hydronic computer room air conditioners to emergency fuel systems and controls for redundancy throughout.

- Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• - P.E. required. - 8+ years experience in mechanical system design and construction administration for commercial or institutional buildings. - Experience in commercial or institutional facilities.
