The Senior Nuclear Regulatory Program Manager will be a seller-doer who is responsible for the development of a nuclear regulatory practice as a part of the power facilities team at Cummins & Barnard / HDR Engineering, Inc. This particular position involves participation in development of a strategic plan for our nuclear service practice, identification of key clients, business development to the proposal stage to project completion. The major objectives for the Program Manager will be to meet client’s requirements for quality and service, as well as perform marketing and business development activities with existing and new clients.
