The Technical Assistant position will be based in a project office in the Pflugerville, TX area. The primary duties of the Right of Way Technician will be: Mapping, Property research and tracking, File set up & maintenance, Document preparation. The Technical Assistant will also manage the Monthly project status reports, perform Title coordination: Review, Survey coordination: Review, Appraisal coordination & review and preparation of condemnation packages. Additionally other duties may include but will not be limited to Coordinating closings facilitating Escrow process, Preparation of closing binders, Client contact, and Contact with attorneys, surveyors, appraisers, internal team coordination, Escrow and Supporting Agents and Project Managers Keyword(s): 081188, Right of Way Technician, ROW, Real Estate, Assistant * College degree or equivalent experience. * Real estate or paralegal license preferred, but not required. * Title/real estate/ escrow background. * Professional, diplomatic communication with clients. * Outgoing personality, comfortable operating in a new environment, self starter; able to work independently. * Ability to multi-task. * Flexible, detail oriented, organized, and pro-active. * Proficient with MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Experience with database. * Ability to conduct research and navigate the internet for research.
