The primary duties of this position will be to manage and be technical lead Hydropower and
flood control projects.Typical projects range from flood control, river design, stream
grade control structures, dike systems, levees, stream channel restoration/rehabilitation,
More specific duties include coordinating and managing studies, permitting, hydraulic &
hydrologic modeling, design team and client management. Performs complex assignments,
making independent decisions on problems and methods. Makes decisions on significant
problems requiring development of new or improved techniques.
BS or MS in Civil / Structural Engineering. 20+ years experience dealing with Hydropower
projects, Water Resources and/or Environmental related issues and associated agencies.
Capable of using and interpreting data from various water resource/hydraulic modeling
tools.
Good communication skills and proven track record of client satisfaction.
Proven business development and mentoring skills.
