The Quality Assurance Control Manager is the key position for monitoring and administering the Quality Assurance (QA) Program, as it applies to all of the construction contracts and ensuring incorporated materials on construction projects are in compliance with the plans and specifications. Assuring that the Contractor performs its work as required by contract and the work produced by the contractor meets or exceeds the required qualities. The QA/QC manager must utilize good communication skills in order to develop and maintain a good working relationship with the Contractor as well as Assuring that the Contractor plans to, and actually utilizes and incorporates, acceptable quality of materials, processes, and workmanship in the project. The ideal candidate will have a quality control background with 15 or more years of construction experience, preferably on tunnel or other heavy civil projects. Previous experience conducting quality assurance/control programs as well as certification is also preferred. A working knowledge of Microsoft office software with a strong emphasis with Excel is required. B.S. in engineering or applicable field is required. Minimum Experience: 15
