On this water/wastewater reservoir and pump station project, the primary duties of the Construction Superintendent include daily management of construction activities; coordination of design issues in the field; and primary management on-site. Will maintain and manage overall project scheduling, budget and scope in addition to site safety and quality. Additionally, develops procedures for executing such activities and implements procedures in coordination with project team. Also capable of performing additional construction superintendent activities including development procurement - field construction schedules, field construction subcontracts scopes, construction estimating and schedule reviews, and project construction performance presentations.
