Masters degree in Mathematics required.
* Recent teaching experience preferred.
* Excellent oral and written communication and human relations skills.
* Effective organizational skills, particularly as they relate to the teaching-learning process.
* Capable of creating a classroom and lab environment which is conducive to student learning.
* Strong motivation to work/serve under-prepared students.
* Ability to work with diverse populations.

1.  Organize and teach classes and the labs as assigned by the academic dean, meeting the contract minimum of on-campus hours per week.
2. Conduct class meetings for the entire period scheduled and in a punctual manner.
3. Maintain up-to-date syllabi, using criteria established by the Dean, in all courses as assigned.
4. Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor and attitude, contributing to a productive and growth oriented work environment.
5. Schedule and conduct office hours weekly.
6. Maintain confidentiality regarding students and colleagues.
