REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Speak, read, and understand the English language. Must have successfully completed an approved basic resident care course. With one year of employment in the nursing department, Staff Care Tech I will attain and maintain CSM status. Additional qualifications and experience for Staff Care Tech II: Successfully completed an advanced 76-hour care course for nursing assistants. Maintain approved status according to the provisions of the regulation.
