Hours: Primary hours: 11:00 a.m. - 7:30 p.m., 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. Secondary hours: 6:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m., 6:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m., Must work every weekend. Days off TBA.
Prepare large volume and variety of food. Cut, clean, and prepare vegetables and fruits. Prepare sandwiches. May be responsible for delivery of food cards and/or tray carts to member areas. Operate automatic dishwasher, pot and pan washer, equipment cleaning tools and other equipment. Responsible for cleanliness of work area and dish room; sweep and mop floors, walls and furnishing.
REQUIREMENTS: Prefer food service experience. Ability to: follow instructions; tolerate high temperatures and humidity; and safely use equipment and utensils.
