Manages the operations of the Personnel Department by ensuring effective
employment programs, statistical employment reporting, manpower planning, salary
administration, and record administration to maintain efficient services and to
attract and
retain a qualified workforce.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent education/experience
required. Three-five years management/supervisory experience required. Minimum 3-5 years
progressively responsible Human Resources experience with employment. Three years previous
PC experience required including word-processing and spreadsheet experience. Working
knowledge of governmental regulations required (Title VII, FLSA, ERISA, ADEA, ADA,
etc…). Previous experience with an HRM System required. Ability to organize and
manage multiple concurrent tasks. Demonstrated independent problem solving skills.
Demonstrated outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated excellent
organizational and analytical skills. Professional Human Resource (PHR), and/or Senior
Professional Human Resource (SPHR), preferred.
