Right now, Oriental Trading Company is seeking a Personalization Technician to work in our Personalization facility. The incumbent will maintain and repair personalization equipment and associated production equipment including machine setup, information download, and product fixtures to facilitate personalization of merchandise. Some management experience is preferred, but not required.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Technical degree in electronics diagnostics or similar area related to computer hardware service and support and/or equivalent experience • 3 to 4 years’ experience in Electro-mechanical service and support • Basic troubleshooting skills and a strong mechanical aptitude are essential within this position • Must be at least 18 years old • Experience in equipment maintenance, troubleshooting and documentation required • The ability to lift 35-50lbs as needed • The ability to stand, sit or walk for the duration of the shift
