The Systems Engineer scopes, leads and implements projects involving assessments, systems management (MOM/SCOM, SMS/SCCM) and core infrastructure technologies (Active Directory). ·         3-5+ years of hands-on IT experience preferred

·         Current MCSE Certification

·         Good familiarity with Windows Server 2003/2008, Exchange, network security, platform migrations and storage.

·         Design and implementation of systems management (MOM/SCOM, SMS/SCCM) and core infrastructure technologies (Active Directory).

·         Experience with other Microsoft platforms (SQL, BI, OCS, SharePoint).

·         Experience with mixed platform environments a plus.

·         Strong working knowledge of network topology, TCP/IP and DNS.

·         Ability to assess network security and risk levels.

·         Experience with common storage platforms and solutions.

·         Must be proficient in Visio and be able to read/update network diagrams.

·         Ability to present solutions that uniquely address customer's business needs.

·         Strong documentation, organization, project management and client relations skills.
